~ 2010 ~ Chinese New Year 大日子 ~ 1st - 4th ~

CNY Eve is a very busy day for everyone..

This year 大伯 and 公公 didnt come back to Malacca, so papa decided to go Segamat to meet them up.

Then afternoon we come back to Melaka and having reunion lunch at 舅舅house.

Midnight after praying at home and welcoming 1st day of CNY, mama wakes up Jeremy and Jayven and we went to Chee Hoon Teng Temple for praying..

1st day of CNY (14-2-2010) Lion Dance at home. 大伯&family visited us.

After that we went to Uncle Alan's Open House, then visited 舅舅house and all the 姨婆家. We go together with 小舅公& family, 阿衡姨丈, 舅舅&family to visit 姨婆家.

At night, we gather at 舅舅house, dinner, gambling chit-chatting till late midnight.

2nd day of CNY (15-2-2010) we had our lunch Bak Kut Teh at Jalan Panjang with 小舅公& family. After that mama bring us to visit her colleague Ms. Mimi house at Bukit Baru. Mama didnt bring camera so we didnt snap any photo for that day In the afternoon, we continue visiting our relatives house.

In the evening, we visited 姑婆(爸爸的姑姑)house and gathering with 堂伯. Then at night we gathering at 三伯house with 二伯& 四伯.

二伯& family stayed overnight at our house so 3rd day of CNY (16-2-2010), we having breakfast with them before they heading to Segamat to visit 公公 and 大伯.

In the afternoon, papa have to go back to Singapore to start work. He will coe back again on 7th day of CNY.

At night we have another gather at 三姨house at Ujong Pasir. We meet 阿宝姐姐，阿晶姐姐，Jordan, Justin, Jaymin etc..We having a great time there playing and having fun.

4th day of CNY (17-2-2010) we still continue visiting relatives house.. wow still have so many relatives to visit.. every year our visiting journey very exciting... hahaha ...we also received many ang pow.. but mama have to give out many ang pow too....kakakaka....

~ Preparation for coming CNY ~

For quite sometimes that mama didnt update any blog due to busy with work, spring cleaning at home, window shopping, buying things for coming CNY.

While spring cleaning the house, we dusting, cleaning, and wiping all the furniture etc....Then almost everyday we go shopping, few days before CNY, few shopping mall will extend their business hour to 12.00a.m. so we have more time to shop and buy thing.

While shopping, we dont forget to snap photo when we saw some CNY decoration at shopping mall.

Mama also bring us to Jalan Bunga Raya, this road previously famous and so crowded before CNY but now is seem quiet already, only certain shop selling CNY decoration are crowded with people..

Before CNY, there are many things to buy like our clothes, household items, kitchen purchase, praying items and many other things to get ready.

~ My New Hair Style _2010 ~

Chinese New Year is coming .... every year as usual i will bring my kids to trim their hair before CNY, me too....

I permed my hair before, either perm half or whole hair, doing rebonding before too but never cut short short one... coz i hate it as i got thick and rough hair..the shorter the hair the curly it is..

This year thinking to perm hair again...recently saw one sales girl at Jonker street perm her hair with very nice curl, so i decided to curly my hair too.... so the stylist suggested me to cut the front hair short...so i tried it... and now with new look, but dont knw it suit me or not.. Some people thought that i am wearing wig..kakakaka

~ crying for pacifier ~

25-1-2010 (Monday) : Today early morning Little Jayven suddenly awake twice and cry out loud and none stop for his pacifier "我的嘴嘴呢？.... 呜。。呜。。呜".

Grandma and mama was shocked as he never cry for not getting his pacifier .. just only once a while he will ask where is his pacifier. Then after telling him that his pacifier was taken away by ghost or carpenter uncle, then he just say ok lol..

Hahaha... so don't know why this morning he cry for it...Grandpa say properly he "hambin (in hokkien)". So mama give him his baby doll, dog dog and pillow, all he throw away.. Carry him and comfort him also he don't want... until no choice mama told him.. "你再哭啦，monkey 听到料要来抓jayven料，惨料咯。。妈妈不懂哦。。妈妈要睡觉料咯." Then suddenly he keep quite and continue sleep..

Since still early 4.30a.m., grandpa, grandma and mama continue sleep.. hahaha... over slept till 7.10a.m. until Daniel our cousin called up only mama wake up......So kalam kabut, and quickly ask Jacqueline to wake up to bath and change to school.. Jacqueline nagging mama all the way to school Luckily manage to reach school on time before the assembly start...

~ where is my pacifier ~

21-1-2010 (Thursday) : Early in the morning when little Jayven wakes up from sleep, he asking grandma "阿麽，我的的嘴嘴呢？"

Grandma reply : “找不到，你自己放去哪里？"

Jayven : "没有拿，阿呜拿去了"

Mama : “晚上妈妈带你去Jusco买一个新的给你啊， 现在你玩狗狗和baby先啊可以吗？"

Jayven : ”可以。。。"

After that the whole day, he no more asking for his pacifier already... sleep time also the same， no crying but playing with dog dog and the baby until sleep..

Mama thinks that little Jayven fully wean off his pacifier already at the age 2 years and 1 month. Well done Little Jayven !!!!
